Wanda, Uncle Pete, Susie, I'm sorry I could not be with you to share in your loss. I was out of town on business and could not return in time. My heart, thoughts and prayers were and are with each of you. I always considered Rudy as my brother and dearly loved him with all my heart. We shared so many good times when growing up together. I will always cherish those moments. I'm so thankful I got to visit with him just 3 weeks ago. It is a comfort to know that he is in a better place where there is no sickness or suffering. May God Bless Each of You. Andy

Wanda, As I get ready to go to church this morning, I can't help but think of Rudy and how he was in church faithfully every Sunday morning. But I also can't help but think of this, too: he and Daddy are having their own special service this Sunday morning: THEY ARE WORSHIPPING AT THE FEET OF JESUS TODAY AND EVERY DAY!!! We can take such comfort in that. Our family loves you and will be praying for you.

We were sadden to hear of the passing of Rudy. I worked for Mr. King in the Guards and keep Rudy through him. Family our Prayers will be with you during this time of sorrow in your life. There is a poem that I received when my Daddy passed away in December 1999 that I would like for you to have. The name of the poem is "My First Christmas In Heaven" I see the countless Christmas Trees around the world below with tiny lights, like heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow. The sight is so spectacular; please wipe away that tear, for I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year. I hear the many songs that people hold so dear, but the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here. I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices bring. For it's far beyond description to hear the angels sing. I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart but I am not so far away, we really aren't apart. So be happy for me dear ones. You know I hold you dear, and be happy I am having Christmas with Jesus Christ this year. I send you each a special gift from my heavenly home above I send you each a memory of my undying love. After all "Love" is the gift, more precious than pure gold. It was always most important in the stories Jesus told. Please love and keep each other, as my Father said to do, for I can't count the blessings or love He has for you. So have a Merry Christmas and wipe away the tear, Remember, I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year. Text by Delores Elam I know it is not Christmas, but it will be here soon. May God Bless and keep each of you in His care always.
