Shirley Bond Hazel Morse

November 9, 1941 — February 14, 2015

Shirley Bond Hazel Morse, 73, resident of Magnolia Manor, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Saturday February 14, 2015 at Magnolia Manor in Greenwood, SC.

Born in Abbeville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Carl Bond and Pauline Erwin Bond.

Shirley was a retired textile employee and a Patient Care Provider. She will be missed by her loving family and her many friends.

Survivors include four daughters, Debra Hazel Crawford (Tommy Ray) of Abbeville, SC, Ann Hazel Nabors (Johnny Ray) of Greenwood, SC, Gail Hazel Crawford (William) of Abbeville, SC and Mary Hazel Plyler (Tracy) of Greenwood, SC; one sister, Frances Thompson of Laurens, SC; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jo Bodie and a brother, Marion Carl Bond.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday February 19, 2015 at 3:00 PM in Chandler Chapel at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 2:00 until 3:00 PM at the funeral home prior to services.

Memorials in memory of Shirley may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont 408 West Alexander Ave. Greenwood, SC 29646.
