Ruby Hall White

Ruby Hall White, 82, resident of Abbeville Nursing Home formerly of 103 Brooks St. widow of Shirley B. White died Tuesday Oct. 18, 2005 at Abbeville County Memorial Hospital.

Born in Abbeville Co. SC she was a daughter of the late Grady and Rosella Poole Hall.

She was a retitred textile employee of the cloth room with Abbeville Mills and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

survivors are: 1 son Mike White of Greenwood, SC, 1 daughter Jean Smith of Anderson, SC, 2 sisters Blanche Campbell of Lowndesville, SC and Becky 'Beck' Hall of Abbeville, SC, 4 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 3 brothers Robert, Horace and Curtis Hall.

Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday Oct. 19, 2005 at 2:00 PM from Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Earl Hartley officiating. The family is at the home of her son Mr. & Mrs. Mike Hall 106 Manning Rd. in Avondale in Greenwood, SC.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home, Abbeville, SC where the family will recieve friends from 12:30 until 1:30 Wednesday afternoon Oct. 19, 2005 prior to services.
