Rosa Mae Harrison Harter

Rosa Mae Harrison Harter, 94, resident of Abbeville Nursing Home formerly of 1015 Wilson Ferry Rd. Ninety, Six, SC widow of Andy Westley Harter died Wednesday March 19, 2008 at the nursing home.

Born in Laurens, SC she was a daughter of the late Walter and Beulah Brown Harrison.

She was a retired homemaker and a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Ninety Six, SC.

Survivors are: 2 daughters Diane Boyd of the home and Catherine H. McAllister of Mt. Carmel, SC;1 son Fred Harter and his wife Dot of North Augusta, SC; a special niece Edwina Bailey of Atlanta, GA; a special friend Frances Boswell of Ninety Six, SC; 9 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother James Harrison.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday March 21, 2008 at 3:00 PM in Mt. Carmel Cemetery with the Rev. Curtis Edison officiating.The families will be at the home of a daughter Diane Boyd 1017 Wilson Ferry Rd. Ninety Six, SC 29666 and Mr. & Mrs. Wes McAllister 3925 Hwy. 81 North Mt. Carmel, SC.
