Ronnie "FoBuck" Eugene McNeill

Ronnie Eugene "Fobuck" McNeill, 65, resident of 794 Jackson Rd. husband of Patricia Jennings McNeill passed away Saturday Jan. 27, 2018 at his home.

Born in Abbeville, SC he was a son of Harold Eugene McNeill and the late Mildred Ann Stone McNeill.

Ronnie was a retired employee of the City of Abbeville Public Utilities. He also worked as a clerk for the CSX Railroad. He was a former member of the Abbeville National Guard. Ronnie was an avid golfer and a diehard Carolina Gamecock fan.

He also enjoyed working and taking care of his dogs. Ronnie will be remembered for his warm smile and his outgoing personality. He never met a stranger.

Survivors include his beloved wife Patricia Jennings McNeill of the home; a son Christopher Taflambas; his father Harold Eugene McNeill of Abbeville, SC; two sisters Lisa Lumpkin and Angie Greeson (Gary) both of Abbeville, SC; a brother Tony McNeill (Mary) of Abbeville, SC; also his nieces and nephews; Jenna Hagen, Brayden Moore, Samantha Henry, Justin McNeill, Lauren, Kaitlin and Benji Greeson, Jamie, Sydney, and Shortie Risner.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday Jan. 31, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Grace United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rev. Mike Evans officiating . The burial will follow in Long Cane Cemetery. The family is at the home of his father Harold McNeill 303 Miller St. Abbeville, SC.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 PM Wednesday at the church prior to services.
