Phyllis Kennedy Hagan

March 6, 1951 — July 18, 2010

Phyllis Kennedy Hagan, 59, resident of 818 Lindsey Cemetery Rd, Due West, wife of Dan Hagan, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 18, 2010 at her residence.

Born in Abbeville, SC, she was the daughter of Eula Mae Hill Kennedy and the late Clyde Brown "Buck" Kennedy.

Phyllis, a registered nurse, was retired from Self Regional Health Care with 25 years of faithful service. She was a graduate of Dixie High School and Land University and was also a member of Greenville Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her husband, Dan, Phyllis is survived by her 4 devoted sons, Brad Nickles and his wife Angie, Travis Nickles and his wife Kim, Mark Hagan and his wife PJ and Matthew Hagan; 1 brother, Billy Kennedy and his wife Melanie; and the apples of her eye, 6 grandchildren, Ashley, Bradley, Andrew, Trevor and Trey Nickles and Tess Hagan.

Funeral services will be conducted, Monday, July 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM in the Chandler Chapel at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Bowling officiating. The burial will be in Greenville Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at the Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Phyllis may be made to Greenville Presbyterian Church PO Box 157 Donalds, SC 29638.
