Mary Jane Alexander Rosser
Mary Jane Alexander Rosser, 72, resident of 80 Alexander Dr. wife of J.C. Rosser passed away Saturday July 20, 2013 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, SC.
Married 55 years to J.C. Rosser, Jr. She was born September 22, 1940 in Lowndesville, SC, to the late George P. and Janie Waters Alexander.
Mary Jane joined Upper Long Cane Presbyterian Church as a teenager and attended Bible Baptist Church.
Mary Jane retired from Flexible Technologies. She was also employed by Kemet and Bigelow-Sanford (Rocky River and Greenville Plants). She never met a stranger and always had a smile.
She is survived by her husband J.C. of the home, three daughters, Linda (Paul) Tiller, Doris Rosser (Johnny Wilson) and Tina Rosser, all of Abbeville; grandchildren, Sammy Rosser (Kason), Jennifer Galeazzi (Billy), Casey Jacks (Seth), Anna Marie Tiller, Ashley Christian (Michael), Samantha Owen, Mackenzie Owen; twelve great-grandchildren Christian, Ryan and Katie Galeazzi, Ross Cobb, Merribeth and Clint Jacks, Hunter and Chase Rosser, Sydney Peeler, Kaitlin and Weston Webb and Miley Christian; five sisters Virginia McCarley, Sara Grimes, Juanita Mayfield, Nancy Hiers and Caroline Cobb and three brothers, Thomas, Bill and John Alexander.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving son Roger Rosser and a brother James Haskell Alexander.
The family and friends will be at the funeral home at 9:30 Monday for final viewing and then to the cemetery for the service.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday, July 22, 2013 at 11:00 AM in The Ridge United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lowndesville, SC off of Harpers Ferry Rd. with the Rev. James Campbell officiating.
The family be at the home of Linda and Paul Tiller, 61 Alexander Dr. where the family will receive friends after the services.

Just returned from being out of town for a week and learned of Mary Janes''s passing. I have always enjoyed seeing her and offer my sincere condolences to all the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mary Jane was part of the graduation class of 1959..Always pleasant, always smiling! She will be greatly missed. God bless the Rosser family!
