Martha Ellenburg Tiller Roche

Martha Ellenburg Roche, 81, resident of 1400 North Main St. wife of Pat Roche died Monday Aug. 27, 2007 at her home.

Born in Abbeville Co. SC she was a daughter of the late Ozzie and Mattie Williams Ellenburg.

She was a retired Department Store Manager with Sky City in Abbeville, SC. She was also a member of Westside Baptist Church. Martha also enjoyed crafting and sewing, but she received the most joy in cooking meals for her beloved family members..

Survivors include her husband, Pat Roche of the home; 2 daughters, Kathy Madden and her husband Roy of Greenwood, SC, Linda Stone of Hodges, SC and 1 son, Randy Tiller and his wife Debbie of Abbeville, SC; 6 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 18 step great-grandchildren.
She was the last member of her immediate family.
She was twice married first to the late Curtis O. Tiller.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday Aug. 29, 2007 at 11:00 AM in The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Long officiating. The burial will follow in Midway Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home 1400 N. Main St. Abbeville, SC.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 PM Tuesday evening.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
