Marcia Laura Bowers Woolbright

Marcia Laura Bowers Woolbright, 89, resident of Abbeville Nursing Home widow of Bill Woolbright passed away Friday April 6, 2018 at the nursing home.


Born in Lancaster, SC she was a daughter of the late Willie Bowers and Blanche Small Bowers.


She was a homemaker and a member of Rice Memorial Baptist Church. The family would like to extend a big THANK YOU to the staff at Abbeville Nursing for the kind and loving care their mother received these last few weeks.


Survivors include: a son Billy Woolbright (Sharon) of Hodges, SC; two daughters Pam Devore (Bob) of Donalds, SC and Karen Berry (Keith) of Greenwood, SC; five grandchildren Will Woolbright, Stephen Woolbright, Stephanie Mills, Drew Devore and Laurie Devore.


A graveside service will be conducted Sunday April 8, 2018 at 4:00 PM in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Alvin Hodges officiating. The family is at the home of her daughter Mr. & Mrs. Keith Berry 321 Gatewood Drive F-2 Greenwood, SC.
