Guestbook

Jimmy was my school bus driver and friend while I was at de la Howe and McCormick High School. I remember seeing him in the 1980's at a de la Howe Homecoming. We stopped our cars in the middle of the street in McCormick and chatted for about five minutes. As we stood there in the street, cars would go around us and everyone, black and white would give Jimmy a big "hello". Everyone loved Jimmy. Everyone loves Jimmy.
Love you always, Tim Smith-Rolfe (Class of 1964)

I worked with Judge Gable when he was a magistrate at the West Columbia, SC office. He was kind and fair. He was a pleasure to work for. Condolences to his family.

Jimmy was the best. He told me more than one funny story but one he told me I still can't help but laugh...and I know how the story ended. Will miss you my friend.
