James Oliver Creswell

March 17, 1954 — April 13, 2018

James Oliver "Jimmy" Creswell, Jr., 64, resident of 119 Stone Oak Lane, Greenwood, SC husband of Nancy Craven Creswell passed away Friday April 13, 2018 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Abbeville, SC he was a son of Margaret Martin Mulholland and the late James Oliver Creswell, Sr.

He was retired from the SC Dept. of Transportation with over 20 plus years of service. He was a member of Augusta Hwy. Baptist Church. He also loved fishing and spending time outdoors. He loved his family and will be sorely missed by them and his many friends.

Survivors include: His beloved wife of 46 years Nancy Marie Craven Creswell of the home; a daughter Amy Haynes (Tracy) of Ware Shoals, SC; a son James W. "JW" Creswell (Angie) of Ninety Six, SC; four brothers Windy (Judith), Jonye (Nancy) and Ronald Creswell (Darlene) all of Abbeville, SC and Marty Creswell (Vivian) of Greenwood, SC; a sister Laurie Cowan (Ronnie) of Abbeville, SC; two grandchildren Anslee Haynes and Winston Creswell.

A Celebration of Jimmy's Life will be held at 11:00 AM Monday April 16, 2018 at Augusta Hwy. Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenny Griffin officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church following services.

The family is at the home 119 Stone Oak Lane, Greenwood, SC.
