Jack was a long time friend. He was always willing to help anyone when and however he could. I'm glad I could be of some help to him also. I know he appreciated his sister and best friend being by his side, especially these last few months. Jack will be missed by many people, including myself. As I always say, "It's hardest for those of us left behind". Fly with the "Angels" Jack. You are FREE now and without pain. Your friend,Edward Moore

Jack had a very kind and caring heart. Loved him so much but somehow I think he knew that. Will never forget his good nature and how he could make everyone laugh that was around him. I will deeply miss my cousin. Prayers and thoughts are with his sister, and all of the members of his immediate family.
