Heather Jewell Payton

Heather Jewel Ratliff Payton, 31, resident of 1748 Washington Hwy. Elberton, Georgia passed away Saturday April 8, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born in Anderson SC she was a daughter of the late Kenneth Ratliff and Brenda Kidd Ratliff.

She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter Kayleigh Jay Rhodes; three sons Andrew, Chevy Davis and Kenneth Steele Rachels; and one half brother Mack Kidd.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday April 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel at Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home with the Rev. Marion Argo officiating. The burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 PM prior to services Saturday afternoon.

Memorials in memory of Heather may be made to a charity of one's choice.
