Harold Glen Clark

October 18, 1927 — June 5, 2014

Harold G. Clark, 86, resident of 156 K.C. Ranch Rd. husband of Norma Gregory Clark went to be with his Lord Thursday June 5, 2014 after passing at The Hospice House in Greenwood, SC with his loving family by his side.

Born in Cedar Creek, NC he was a son of the late John Burean Clark and Clyde Mae Fisher Clark.

Harold was a United States Navy veteran having served during World War II. He was a retired Owner and Operator of Conway Appliance Repair in Orlando, FL for over 30 years. He was also a member of Providence Baptist Church. He will be missed by his loving family and his many friends.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 64 years Norma Gregory Clark of the home; two daughters Connie Merriman (Jack) of Apopka, FL and Donna Koon (Tim) of Iva, SC; two sons Ronnie G. Clark (Linda) of Hodges, SC and David N. Clark (Judy) of Simpsonville, SC; one brother Jerry Clark (Jacque) of Hodges, SC; one sister Jackie Pate of Orlando, FL; 13 grandchildren Sean Clark, Amanda Hicklin, Christopher Plunkett, Kelly Chaplick, Kristy Merriman, Julie Merriman, John Merriman, David Clark II, Christy Clark, Jason Burroughs, Tonya Lynch, Lisa Alewine and Tim (Bo) Koon; 13 great-grandchildren and Angel his beloved dog.

He was preceded in death by 2 great-grandchildren 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday June 7, 2014 at 3:00 PM in Greenwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tommy Alewine officiating with Military Honors to follow.
