Gladys "Mutt" Blanchette Seigler

Gladys "Mutt" Blanchett Seigler, 84, resident of 404 Oakland Ave. widow of William B. Seigler died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2003 at Abbeville Co. Memorial Hospital.

Born in Abbeville Co. SC she was a daughter of the late Palmer and Cleo Simpson Blanchett.She was a retired textile employee with Abbeville Mills with 43 years of service. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Morning Stars of the church.

Survivors are one son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Lucretia Seigler of Irmo, SC; one sister, Bea Brubaker of Abbeville, SC.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Jan. 17, 2003 at 3:00PM from Grace United Methodist Church with the Rev. Darin Hook officiating. The burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Abbeville, SC.

The body is at the Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home where the family will receive friends 6:00 til 8:00PM Thursday evening. The family will be at 113 College Ave., Abbeville, SC.
