Mickey, I have many fond memories of growing up on Maple Street and of your Mom as a neighbor. She was a very sweet lady and always kind to the neighborhood kids. I am sorry for your loss.

When the enemy death strikes it causes much grief & sorrow even when we have faith & our loved one has lived a long life. Man was not made to die. (Ps. 37:10,11,29) Jesus raised his friend Lazarus back to life on earth. This guarantees a global resurrection on a paradise earth soon. (Joh. 5:28,29; Rev. 21:3,4) Meanwhile the God of comfort can sustain those who mourn. Much sympathy to your dear family at this sad time.
