Elsie Knight Dunn

Elsie Knight Dunn, 87, formerly of # 1 Crescent St. Donalds, SC widow of John Robert Dunn, Jr. passed away Monday March 31, 2008 at Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, SC.

Born in Laurens, SC she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Arnold and Fannie Ballentine Knight.

She was a retired homemaker and loyal member of Greenville Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her son Dr. John Robert Dunn III and his wife Suzanne of Batesburg, SC; a sister Rebecca Darby Knight of Lexington, SC; 3 grandsons John Robert Dunn IV, Ben Dunn and Tom Dunn.

She was preceded in death by 3 sisters Frankie Bowie, Alice Knight and Marion Knight and 2 brothers Warren and Bennie Knight.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday March 3, 2008 at 3:00 PM with the Rev. Jonathon Bowling officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Thursday at Greenville Presbyterian Church prior to services.
