Loved Shine! He would play the guitar at the rocket service station...Shine could play well...I was 16 then. I remembered him always. Enjoyed seeing him when I would visit Abbeville.
Rest in peace Shine...my friend!

I still have "Edward Lee Davis" taped to my monitor at work. I, like everyone else who had the pleasure of meeting him at Ingles, spent a good bit of time talking and praying with him! He asked me to pray for his family and for him because he had so much back pain. I taped his name in front of me so I would always think of him and remember to pray for his healing! I thank God that he is healed! I did not know that he had passed but had missed seeing him. He is definitely missed and there is an empty place where he once sat and testified to all who would take time to listen! I know he is one happy Saint, without a doubt in my mind, talking to his Savior, those gone before him and the angels now! I CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE HIM AGAIN! I know he would want to invite all of his family and others to join him in heaven one day by accepting the Lord as their Savior! He had such a burden for anyone who is not saved!
