Dorothy Louise Gibert Hall

Louise Gibert Hall, 81, resident of 1080 Mt. Carmel Rd. widow of Dewey 'Leon' Hall passed away Tuesday June 16 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, SC.

Born in Abbeville Co. SC she was a daughter of the late Albert Ebenezer and Ollie Folk Gibert.

She was a retired seamstress with the Abbeville Shirt Plant and a homemaker. She was a faithful member of Lebanon Presbyterian Church and attended the church nursery for many years. She will be sorely missed by her loving family and many friends.

Survivors include her son Sammy Hall of Abbeville, SC; 2 grandchildren Julie Fleming and her husband Mike of Antreville, SC and Ryan Hall and his wife Terri Ann of Antreville, SC; 3 granddaughters Allison, Katie and Taylor Fleming.

Graveside services will be conducted Thursday June 18, 2009 at 11:00 AM in Lebanon Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Arnold Johnson officiating. The family is at the home 1080 Mt. Carmel Rd. Abbeville, SC.

Ms. Hall is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Thursday morning from 10:00 until 11:00 AM in the sanctuary at Lebanon Presbyterian Church prior to services.
