Carolyn New Patterson

Carolyn New Patterson, 46, resident of 200 Hunter St., died Friday, May 14, 2004 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, SC.

Born in Abbeville Co. SC she was a daughter of Darrell and Nancy Simpson New.

She was employed with Self Regional Medical Center as a Nursing Technician. She was also a member of New Life Worship Center in Abbeville, SC.

Survivors are one son, Carey and his wife, Kerri Patterson of Abbeville, SC; one daughter, Kristen Hudgens of Abbeville, SC; two brothers, Joe New of Abbeville, SC, Bill and his wife, Billie Jean New of Abbeville, SC; two grandchildren, Brady Hudgens and Makenna Patterson; parents, Darrell and Nancy Simpson New of Abbeville, SC; 8 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 16, 2004 at 2 p.m. from New Life Worship Center with the Rev.?s Bobby Cutter and Jerry Dalton officiating. The burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The body is at The Chandler-Jackson Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday evening. The family is at the home of her parents Darrell and Nancy New, 212 Langley St., Abbeville, SC.
